How to Join

Most student members experience the AIAS through a local chapter. There you will participate in events and programs organized by your peers. Your membership will provide you an immesurable amount of diverse opportunities. Lectures, field trips, social events, community service projects and conferences are some of the activities organized by the chapters.

Conferences & Events

The AIAS offers several conferences each year. They include the annual FORUM, the Grassroots Leadership Conference and the Quad Conferences.

Membership Specialization Areas

You can enhance your membership by subscribing to additional services based on your specific interests. Topics include Sustainability and Urban Design and Planning. This year the topics include Sustainability and Urban Design and Planning. Through our partnerships with organizations like the Congress for New Urbanism, Urban Land Institute and others, you will receive access to extra resources to increase your knowledge in these subject areas.
