How To Join

If you have a chapter at your school:

Visit the Find a Chapter section to see if your school already hosts a chapter. If so, your chapter president’s information will be listed and you can contact him/her to join.

If there is not a chapter at your school:

If there is not a chapter at your school, you have several options. You can organize a chapter at your school (see the section below for details) or you can join the organization as an Affiliate Member. Visit the Membership Forms section to download the Affiliate Member form or enroll online.

If you are a high school student:

As a high school student you can get a jump start on your architectural education by joining the AIAS as an High School Affiliate. You will receive all the same benefits as a regular collegiate member. Visit the Membership Forms section to download the High School Affiliate Member form or enroll online.

If you are a professional, graduate or intern:

As a professional who is interested in supporting the AIAS and architectural education, you are welcome to join as an Affiliate Member. Visit the Membership Forms section to download the Affiliate Member form or enroll online.

If you are interested in organizing a new chapter:

Please contact the AIAS to receive a membership recruitment packet. Also, visit at the Chapter Management section for details how to get started.
